About this event

Please join us for a complimentary in-person program for patients living with gynecologic cancer along with their families and caregivers. This program provides patients with a unique opportunity to access current information and engage with experts in the field of gynecologic oncology.

Survive and Thrive brings together surgical and medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals from Northwestern Medicine and across Chicago to discuss the latest advances in cancer therapies, research, and supportive care methodology. The agenda features internationally recognized experts who will engage attendees in dialogue on the latest scientific updates and cancer treatments. Other event highlights include an exhibit hall, a catered breakfast and lunch, a cocktail reception, a poster exhibit, and wellness activities.

Who attends Survive and Thrive?

Survive and Thrive is open to all gynecologic cancer patients, their families, their friends, and caregivers, as well as healthcare professionals, medical trainees and students.

Do I need to bring my tickets?

No, you will not need to print or bring your ticket confirmation. We will have your name at the registration desk to check-in.

What meals will be provided?

We will have breakfast and lunch available for all attendees. Refreshments will also be provided along with a cocktail reception at the conclusion of the event. Vegetarian options will be available. All meals will be provided free of charge.

What are the parking arrangements?

Attendees can receive complimentary parking if you park in NM Parking Lot A, C, or D (link in description above). Please indicate on your registration whether or not you will need a parking voucher. You will be able to pick up your voucher at the registration desk.

How much do tickets cost?

The event is free! We only ask that you register so we can check you in by your name.

Can I register on-site?

Walk-ins are welcome, but advanced registration is appreciated. You may be asked to complete a registration form at the check in desk.
